| Future City Competition Sponsorship Information |

The Future City Competition - Philadelphia Region relies
on the financial support of local companies, technical societies,
and individuals. Our annual competition costs are
approximately $50,000 per year. We need continuing support of our past sponsors and
we need new sponsors at any level so that we can continue to increase the reach
of the Future City Competition - Philadelphia Region.
Become one of over sixty sponsors who support the Future City Competition - Philadelphia Region. The downloadable program includes a list of last year's sponsors (click the program cover to the right.) The Future City Competition is a 501(c)3 educational outreach program of DiscoverE. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent the law permits. Pledges and ads must be received by Wednesday, January 14, 2026 to appear in the competition program. Sponsors will be posted on the website shortly after their forms are received. If you are a first time sponsor or your if logo has changed since last year, please email your logo in JPG or PNG format at least 600 px wide along with your form. A La Carte Sponsorships: A la carte sponsors will receive exposure related to the specific item sponsored as well as logo placement on the Future City Philadelphia website sponsor page and competition program.
Student Snack Station | $1,500
Branded signage to be placed around the area of the student snack station.
Includes 1/4 page ad in program.
Volunteer Refreshment Station | $1,000
Host a branded continental breakfast and coffee station for the volunteers, judges, and steering committee.
Includes 1/4 page ad in program.
The award plaque is imprinted with the title of the award and the sponsor's name.

The title should suggest something that the sponsor organization does or strives for. Please do not use the organization name as the title of the award. The XYZ Society Award presented by the XYZ Society is not something middle school students can relate to.
Here are a few examples of what a meaningful award title could be Excellence in Regional Planning Award presented by Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
or Creative Application of Civil Works presented by Society of American Military Engineers, Philadelphia Post
Sponsors are encouraged to provide one or two people to evaluate the teams at the competition for their special award. These volunteers need to register at least a week before the competition on our Volunteer Opportunities page as Special Award Evaluators.
